  This place is a joke. The employees are non-caring individuals. The African-American male who is occasionally at the front desk always has an attitude like he does not want to be there. Ever since the old director left it seems that this place has gone down hill fast. This particular department of human services has lost its drive to help its community, as well as the people who work for it.
